Classes will complete both of the following workouts for time.  (Show Up!)

“Fran” – 21-15-9 Thrusters/Pull-ups

“Annie” – 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 Sit-ups/Double Unders

FITCAMP DAILY DOSE:  

Today’s Workout: (not including warm-up, strength/skill sets, core/cardio and cool-down)

“Metabolic Meltdown”
Teams of 2-4 will complete each of the following 5 exercises for 1 minute each then take a 1 minute rest.  Repeating for a total of 5 rounds.

  1. Wall Ball (20/10)
  2. KB SDHP (20kg/16kg)
  3. Sit-Up
  4. Burpee
  5. Sprint

  •  Thank you to all those who attended Nick’s POSE running clinic this Saturday.  Start putting what you learned to practice and get outside for some fresh air, sunshine and POSE running.
  • The half-way Nutrition Accelerator Challenge weigh-ins on Saturday proved that following the 28-day challenge program and eating Paleo really works.  I took a quick sneak through the weigh-in results and was blown away by some of your successes thus far.  Double digit loses over just two weeks and a lot of people in the high single digits.  Keep up the great work!

Daily Dose: January 22, 2010

FITCAMP DAILY DOSE:   

Today’s Workout: (not including warm-up, strength/skill sets, core/cardio and cool-down) 

“300″
- 25 Pull-ups
- 50 Deadlifts (135 lbs. for guys, 95 for girls)
- 50 Push-ups
- 50 Box Jumps (24″ guys, 20″ girls)
- 50 Floor Wipers (135 lb men, 95 lb women, per side)
- 50 KB Cleans (36 lb men, 26 lb women, per side)
- 25 Pull-ups 

This workout was named after the movie “300″ and it is said that the actors in the movie got their ripped abs from doing this workout a few times per week.  The fastest “Spartan” did this workout in about 18 minutes flat.  Here’s a quick video of Nick going through each of the exercises.  Take a look then let us know what you think by leaving a comment using the link above.
