There will be NO FitCamp classes on Memorial Day, Monday, May 31st. With all the high intensity training we do in class it’s always good to take a few days off now and then to let your body recover. I am sure the extra days rest will be a welcome retreat and you will come back on Tuesday feeling refreshed and rested.

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone for all the great feedback and comments about Saturday’s Throwdown. This event was such an amazing experience and I hope the energy carries us through until the next Throwdown in September.
The theme of the day was to “Raise Your Game” and based on what I am seeing in classes this week that is exactly what this event did. Even if you were not there on Saturday you can probably feel the changes taking place. There is a new focus, a new intensity and a greater purpose within the studio. Members are working harder, taking on new challenges and supporting, motivating and coaching eachother like never before. There has never been a better time to be a part of what we do in FitCamp than right now.
September will be here before you know it. Now is the time to use this new energy and purpose to grow. To strive for more. To be better. To make changes. To eat cleaner. To push harder. To support, motivate and inspire eachother. To take on new challenges. To commit. And to ultimately reach your true potential in fitness, sport, health, and life.
