If you’re looking for your typical gym loaded with rows of treadmills, fancy weight machines and televisions hanging on every wall so you can watch TV while “working out” then you’re on the wrong site. We are not your typical gym.
Look around our 5,000 sq. ft. EXP training studio and you will not see a single leg extension, pec-dec, preacher curl or butt blaster machine in sight. We do not use machines. We believe in functional training; using our body the way it is intended to move in real life, not while sitting on some padded machine.
We use kettlebells, barbells, bumper plates, rings, body weight, tires, ropes, dumbbells, wooden boxes, bands, medballs and more. We train with passion, intensity and purpose. We train extremely hard, we have fun and we constantly strive to become fitter, stronger and healthier. Not only as individuals but as a community. We motivate, encourage and support our fellow CrossFitters throughout each and every workout. We train together to help each other achieve more, feel better and live the best life possible.
We are not your typical gym, we are CrossFit EXP.
