What is Ultimate FitCamp?

The Ultimate FitCamp program is an innovative, challenging and fun group training program for new and experienced exercisers as well as youth and adult athletes who want to lose weight through proper diet and exercise, increase overall health and fitness and be a part of a positive and supportive fitness community. 

Working in small classes of 8-16 people, members are challenged with the most creative and effective exercises on the planet using body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics, ropes, tires, sandbags, olympic bars/plates, sledge hammers, bands, medicine balls and much more… to make each FitCamp workout a full body strength, cardio and core workout focused on building a lean, strong, fit and healthy YOU!

Using a variety of constantly changing exercises, programs and formats each 60 minute FitCamp workout is designed to be scalable to multiple ability levels, progressively challenging for all members and highly effective at burning fat, calories and inches.

 

How is Ultimate FitCamp Different?

Unlike a traditional gym or fitness center, Ultimate FitCamp offers an exclusive membership based studio where each client receives the fitness training, motivation, accountability, education and support that is 100% essential for long term success with any and all health, nutrition and fitness goals.

Through our unique “outside the box” programs, educational seminars and workshops, expert staff of fitness professionals and community of new and experienced fitness enthusiasts and athletes we offer an unparalled fitness, weight loss, health and sports performance solution for the greater Leominster area.

 

Who Does Ultimate FitCamp?

Our members consist of men, women and teens ranging from age 13-68 coming from a variety of health, fitness and athletic backgrounds.

  • Busy Mom’s:  Both working and stay at home mom’s find FitCamp a great place to meet other mom’s and also stay accountable to meeting other members for weekly workout.
  • Students:  Many college students enjoy FitCamp for the group commaraderie, structure and to spend time exercising with friends.
  • Small Business Owners:  Many small business owners find FitCamp to also be a great source for growing their business through creating relationships with other FitCamp members.
