“10 Minutes of Torture” - (yikes! that sounds really bad)
Max Burpees in 10 minutes
Max Wall Balls in 10 Minutes
Max Sprints in 10 Minutes


I always feel best after linear tabata. It seems to offer a good overall workout, working all body parts. Supersets are challenging too.
I would say that 300 is definately my favorite. I like Filthy 50 also…Until we get to the Burpees of course!
I like rotating stations, Tabata or old school. All the workouts keep me on my toes, thanks guys!
Linear tabata and anything the kids get to do in Kids’ Fitcamp.
I love the OLD SCHOOL workouts…pretty much anything with stations – when we are constantly switching and doing multiple exercises I feel like I get a lot of out it. PLEASE KEEP THE OLD SCHOOL COMING!!!! (PS – TABATA’s my favorite…in case I haven’t told you enough

Everything we’ve done in the past two weeks have been unbelievable. Can’t pick out one more than another, but loving the return of the “old school” workouts!
I cast my vote for this being my LEAST FAVORITE! The name is appropriate.

Although I like all the workouts, I would have to say “300″ and “linear tabatas” are among my favorites.
