Today’s Workout: (not including warm-up, strength/skill sets, core/cardio and cool-down)
“300″
- 25 Pull-ups
- 50 Deadlifts (135 lbs. for guys, 95 for girls)
- 50 Push-ups
- 50 Box Jumps (24″ guys, 20″ girls)
- 50 Floor Wipers (135 lb men, 95 lb women, per side)
- 50 KB Cleans (36 lb men, 26 lb women, per side)
- 25 Pull-ups
This workout was named after the movie “300″ and it is said that the actors in the movie got their ripped abs from doing this workout a few times per week. The fastest “Spartan” did this workout in about 18 minutes flat. Here’s a quick video of Nick going through each of the exercises. WOW! I’m not sure if I’m disappointed or relieved that I will not be doing the 300 today. Looks like an extrememly challenging but excellent workout!
