Fitcamp has changed my life also. i love how you said, 'leave your ego at the door'. So true! Others want others to succeed and has helped me to feel part of something-even right from the beginning when I was shy and knew nobody!! Nick and Pat are a large part of my success also! Very supportive and encouraging with just the right amount of torture to bring me, and others, to levels they never knew they could achieve!
