How do I get to the Ultimate FitCamp Studio?
We are conveniently located about 1 mile off of route 2 in Leominster, MA. You can get exact directions from your location and a map by going to our locations page.
What should I wear during class?
Once you arrive at the studio we have an open locker area where you can put your belongings during the workout as well as a private men’s and women’s restroom if you need to change before or after class. We ask that you please bring a separate pair of sneakers to wear on the studio training floor in order to keep the area free of water, snow and sand. You should wear non-restrictive exercise clothing like shorts and a t-shirt during the workout and also bring a small hand towel. We do have bottled water for sale as well as nutritional bars and supplements for your convenience.

What can I expect from each class?
All FitCamp classes are 60 minutes in duration and will start with a light callisthenic warm-up. Once your heart is pumping and your muscles are warm you will go through a skills & drills session where you will learn proper form and execution of a variety of exercises from strength training to cardio to core. Depending on the program of the day you may also do a few physical challenges to assess current fitness level. From there we will move onto the main set of the program lasting between 20-45 minutes. If we do a short main set we would then top off your calorie burn for the hour by quickly transitioning to a 10-20 minute cardio/core training session and then finish up your workout with some light stretches and a cool-down. If we do a long main set we would skip the cardio session and go straight to stretching and cool-down (trust me, you’ll thank us for it!)

What should I eat before a FitCamp class?
In order to burn fat you need to fuel your body’s metabolism every few hours throughout the day. Please make sure to eat a light snack of 200-300 calories plus 12-16 oz of water at least 30 minutes before every FitCamp class. Some class favorites:
1 Medium Apple (Sliced)+1-2 Tbsp of all Natural Peanut& 12-16 oz H20 or
1 Banana+1 Serving of Unsalted Walnuts &12-16 oz H20 or
1/2 Whole Wheat English Muffin+1-2 Tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter & 12-16 oz H20 or

Membership Info
After I join when can I come to my first class?
Immediately. Once your membership is submitted you can basically start immediately during the next regularly scheduled class. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your membership has been processed and information on getting started as a FitCamp member. All we ask is that you arrive 10 minutes early to your first class to meet your instructor and go over a quick class preview.
Can I make-up missed classes?
Yes, for 2 day and 3 day Memberships. If you miss classes due to vacation, illness, schedule conflicts… you can make them up by coming to additional classes during the other weeks during your 30 day billing cycle. For unlimited class memberships you are already getting an incredible deal per class so if you miss them there is no chance to make them up.
Which classes can I attend as part of my membership?
We have an open and flexible schedule. Depending on your membership plan chosen you may attend any 2, 3 or unlimited classes each week. That means you can pick any class on the current class schedule and simply show up without notice.
How do I cancel my membership?
Depending on your membership plan minimum commitment you may cancel your membership by providing us with a cancellation request in writing within 30-days of your next billing cycle. (Additional charges may apply for annual members cancelling early).
