*Once your registration has been submitted you can start your membership any time. Simply pick a class on our schedule and come in for your first workout. Just be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class so you can meet with your instructor and get a quick studio tour and preveiw of the workout of the day. Also, once you submit your registration you will be re-directed to a welcome page with more helpful tips and resources!
Membership Policies, Terms & Conditions:
We try to keep these as simple and easy to understand as possible. If you do have questions on any of the membership conditions below please do not hesitate to contact us. We believe in being 100% transparent to our members and want you to completely understand your agreement with us. No surprises.
TRIAL Memberships:
Four week Trial Memberships are for new members only and require a one-time payment in full. You will not be enrolled in any recurring billing or have any on-going commitments. Once trial period expires you will have the option to select from any active memberships at that time.
12-Week Memberships:
You may register for a 12-Week Membership as a new member or a returning member. Once your registration is submitted you will be billed your first of 3 payments for your membership. At this time you will also be enrolled in our automatic recurring billing program and be billed 2 more times on 28-day billing cylces. At the end of your 12-weeks you will have the option to renew your membership or choose from any active membership option at that time.
Annual Memberships:
You may also register for one of our Annual Memberships as a new member or a returning member. Once your registration is submitted you will be billed for your first payment of your annual membership. You will also be enrolled in our automatic recurring billing program and be billed every 28 days for the remainder of your membership term. Upon the conclusion of your Annual membership you will have the option to renew your membership or choose from any active memberships available at that time.
Special Memberships:
Special Memberships (i.e. Students, Summer BootCamp, 12 Week Specials…) are all one time payment options and do not require additional payments or recurring billing. Once your membership expires you will have the option to continue your membership by choosing any active membership plan or special memberships at that time.
Missed Classes/Make-ups: All missed classes due to vacation, illness or leave of absence must be made-up during your current billing cycle and may not be carried over to future cycles. A medical note is required to suspend membership in the event of illness, injury or medical leave of absence.
Misc. Terms & Conditions:
Cash/Check Payments: All memberships are billed on a 28-day billing cycle. Membership dues should be paid at the beginning of each 4-week membership period. Late payments may incur late payment fees.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Once your membership is submitted you’re stuck with us!
Transfers: Your membership is your membership. We do not allow transferring between friends, family, spouses or pets.
Early Termination: (for Annual Memberships Only, all other memberships are unable to be cancelled). To terminate your Annual Membership early you will need to send us a letter or e-mail 28 days before your effective cancellation date stating the reason and details of your cancellation request. At that time you will be assessed a $50 fee for each 4-week period of membership completed of your Annual Membership. This will cover the difference in price between your discounted Annual Membership and a 12-week Membership or Special Membership. (Before getting to this point please contact us to discuss your concerns).
Good Faith Deposit (GFD): If paying your membership by cash or check we will require a 1 month Good Faith Deposit. Your GFD is credited to your customer account and is then applied to your final billing cycle.
Renewals: At the end of any membership term you will have the option to renew your membership or choose from any of the active memberships available at that time.
Student Memberships: College students must be an active student and be able to provide a valid college ID. High-School students must be 12-18 years old at time of registration
Upgrades/Downgrades: You may upgrade/downgrade your membership at the end of any billing cycle by cancelling your existing membership and entering into a new membership agreement and term. Membership changes must be made in writing to upgrade or downgrade membership to another plan.
