Congrats Matt, Chris and Dave

Reading through my Facebook feed it was great to see so many EXP members getting outside this weekend for some adventure races, trail runs and road races. The best part was to see a number of members who met at the studio and who are now training together OUTSIDE the studio. I’ve always said if you want to be fit then find a group of fit people and start hanging out with them. That’s just one of the things that makes EXP so much more than just an (INCREDIBLE) place to workout. It is also an amazing community of people who are all focused on becoming healthier, stronger and better in all areas of life. How much better could it get if you are someone who wants to get healthier and fitter. Just surround yourself with great coaches who care and fantastic members who are there to support your every step and cheer you on as you celebrate your successes. Man, I wish everyone could experience CrossFit for themselves. Now if only we could share that message with the other 50,000 people in Leominster and Fitchburg who are struggling with their weight and can’t seem to figure out how to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. If you’re an EXP member then spread the word and let people know about what you do, where you train and how CrossFit has changed your life. If you’re one of those people still searching for a weight/health/fitness solution that WORKS then just stop by and train with us at EXP and you’ll be amazed at where it can take you.

21 KB Swings (53/35lbs)
12 Pull-ups
3 Rounds for time.

Buy-out: Partnered Weighted Hip Bridge
Alternating with a partner complete 5 sets of 15 unbroken reps. Build-up each set to determine max weight you can use while staying unbroken.

20 Toes-to-Bar
30 HR Push-ups
40 KB Swings
50 Double Unders
40 Wall Balls
30 Box Jumps
20 HSPU’s
10 Muscle-ups

30min CAP

Level 2-3: 10 Pistols to box, 20 K2E, 30 Push-ups, 40 KB Swings (53/35lbs), 50 Doubles (or 150 singles), 40 WB’s (14/10lb ball to 9-10′ target), Box Jumps (24/20″), HSPU (scaled to ability), 30 Pull-ups, 30 Bench Dips

Level 1:(comp) All movements as RX with games/opens standards for each. KB (70/53lbs), WB (20lb-10′/14lb-9′), BJ (30/24″), HSPU on plates.

*Comp – if unable to do Muscle-up then sub 30 pull-ups and 30 ring dips any order. For scoring, muscle up take priority, then time, then reps if finished beyond CAP.
