The first WOD for the Reebok CrossFit Games Opens will post tonight (Wednesday) at 8pm and athletes have until Sunday night 5pm to complete the WOD and submit their scores. Back Squat 3 x 3RM

EXP Workout:

WOD: [Death by Squats]

This WOD is a 30min progression (using a 45lb bar) where you will complete just 1 single rep on the first minute, then 2 reps on the 2nd minute and so on up to 30 reps on the 30th minute.

Minutes 1-10: Overhead Squat
Minutes 11-20: Front Squats
Minutes 21-30: Back Squats

30min CAP

*If you are unable to keep up with reps during the later minutes then put bar down and rest for 2 minutes, then resume cycle doing 8 reps of appropriate exercise on the minute every minute until time is up.
