Want to get a head start on your challenge competitors?

OPEN GYM: Today Noon-4pm (come make-up a missed class during the week, get in a quick cardio session or work on some strength/skills. Open gym time is un-coached and open to all members).

WORKOUT Of the DAY:

FGB Practice round (30sec per exercise x 1 round)

EXP Workout:

WOD: [Fight Gone Bad]

1 minute per exercise, count total reps, 1 minute rest after each round.

Wall Ball (20/14lbs)
SDLHP (75/55lbs)
Box Jump (20″ for all)
Push-press (75/55lbs)
Row (for calories)

Repeat 3x

Bonus Rounds: Complete 2 more rounds with 2 minute break between each round.
