I hope you are as excited as I am to start this weekend’s 6 week EXP Paleo/Fitness Challenge. I know I can speak for Nick, Tiff and the rest of us when I say that we are all really pumped to be starting this and it is perfect timing with everything else going on and coming up at EXP.
You may have noticed there are a lot of changes and energy at the studio lately and there are many more events and changes to come over the next few months. We have 5 new rowers (which you may be cursing us for after yesterday’s 500m row test), 2 new GHD’s are on the way, our new Pull-up Rig is in the works for early February, we have new EXP wall art coming by the end of January, the CrossFit EXP comp team is now in training for the upcoming CrossFit Games Opens starting Feb 22nd, we are launching our New CrossFit Kids program upstairs in just a few weeks and to top it all off Heather Lynn (our very own Heather from the 9:15am class) will be starting her own massage therapy services on the 2nd floor beginning next week. (You can e-mail Heather directly for more info).
Now more than ever is an exciting time to be a part of our EXP community and we couldn’t be happier than to share all the great milestones and events with you…Starting with this Saturday’s Challenge. This challenge is unlike anything we have ever done before and EVERYONE should be a part of this, whether you are in it to win it or just want to move one step closer to living a healthier, fitter and better life.
Ok, so here’s the scoop on the “EXP Paleo-Fit Challenge”…

Prizes: 100% of total purse will go to top three winners as follows (50%/30%/20%)
How to “Play”: The challenge will be structured so anyone who puts the time in can win. As a participant you can earn points in 5 categories…
1. Daily Nutrition, Sleep, Water and Exercise
2. Total Lbs of Weight Lost

4. Weekly Pop-up Challenges and
5. Before and After Photos and Challenge Testimonial
The structure and format of the challenge will be very simple and user friendly where you will be able to keep score on your own at the end of each day similar to keeping a food journal and logging hrs. slept, water drank and foods consumed and so on…
We have never done a challenge quite like this before but the new format should have you psyched about being a part of it. I know I am! Stay tuned for all additional details which will be e-mailed out later this week before Saturday’s info session and weigh-in.
