Did you get fired up watching this video? If so then join us at this year’s 2012 Tough Mudder Event at Mount Snow in VT on July 14th.

Stacey S. and Kristi D. set-up a team for the event, all you have to do to register is
click on the “join a team link” and type in our team name (CrossFit EXP) and password (fitness).

It’s $125 for registration but if we get 6+ members there is a $5 discount and 11+ members a $10 discount (we will receive that after the race, I think??).

We know it’s open gym today from 7-9am but if you follow along from another gym, at home or on the road then here is what we had on the agenda for today’s WOD. If you are coming in for open gym and looking for a good old fashioned sweatfest then give this one a try.
