Deadlift 10-1
Sit-up 20-2

Back Squat 1-10
Sit-up 2-20

20 min CAP

Level 1: Men 275/185, Women 185/135
Level 2: Men 225/155, Women 155/105
Level 3: Men 185/135, Women 135/95

Bar must be stripped after deadlift for use in back squat. All lifts must be done from the ground.
