What is BootCamp?
Summer BOOTCAMP is a 12-week outdoor group training program designed to challenge your body to overcome a variety of physical obstacles and progressively build to your maximum fitness potential. In plain English, it is designed to kick your butt into the absolute BEST shape of your life. Each 60 minute BootCamp class is focused on helping you lose weight, build strength, increase stamina and get healthy by focusing on the 4 major areas of fitness… muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, core conditioing and flexibility.
Program Dates:

This year’s BootCamp will start on Monday, June 7th and end on Friday, August 27th.

The 12 week Program is broken up into three 4-week sessions as follows…

Session 1: (JUNE) June 7th – July 2nd

Session 2: (JULY) July 5th – July 30th

Session 3: (AUG) Aug 2nd – Aug 27th

Monday: 5:15am, 6:30am, 8:00am, 9:15am
